Amai and Animix are pleased to invite you to a collaborative celebratory event, a double feature – two short films from opposite spectrums of the Anime world. Each film will be accompanied by a short lecture that’ll expand upon the culture and creative world behind the film. The lectures will be brought to you by Amai’s volunteer members
Naoko Yamada’s new and beautiful film showcases her work in a series of touching and heartwarming characters. She originally wrote the screenplay as a song, that eventually developed into the plot of the film. Who are “I”, “You” and the “Childhood Friend” she’s referring to in her writing? We’ll leave that for you to find out.
