Vassilis C. Karamitsanis is a key player in Greek animation community. He is the founder of a successful animation studio and has been serving as the president of the ANIMASYROS International Festival since 2008. He is also the former president of ASIFA HELLAS (International Animation Association), where he helped Greece become a considerable power in the animation industry.
